### Problem
On the calendar page detailed information about a work package is shown on focus but not read by the screen reader (left side of the picture). Further the links within the tooltip are not focusable by keyboard and are therefore not perceivable by blind or motorically impaired people.
### Recommendation
- The tooltip shall be read out by the screen reader.
- The link within the tooltip shall be focusable by keyboard.
