### Problem
When the sidebar is collapsed the sub menu entries of for example wiki and work package are also shown. This can be confusing and takes unnecessary space.
### Solution
When the sidebar is collapsed all open submenu entries shall be collapsed too. When reopened the submenus shall be opened again too.
