### Actual behavior
When opening a fieldset in relations by keyboard the select box is opened. It cannot be closed afterwards. If you tab again and open the next fieldset the focus is set to the first select box.
### Expected behavior
- The select box can be closed, e.g. by esc.
- When opening a new fields the focus is not set to another select box.
