- logged in as admin
### Steps to reproduce
- Go to Admin/workflow
- Click on edit
### Actual behavior
- The header is not correctly displayed.
- On hover the second header vanishes.
### Expected behavior
- The header and the ‘check-all’-links are in the same line.
- On hover the second header is still visible.
