### Preconditions
- For at least on project a status report exists.
### Steps to reproduce
1. Go to Status reporting
2. Select ‘new status’
3. Select the project that already has a report.
4. Click on ‘create’
### Actual behavior
- When selecting a project the text of the input field and it’s label are not correctly aligned.

- When the creation of the report fails, the select field has shortened making it nearly impossible to select a project afterwards.

### Expected behavior
- The texts are aligned on the same line.
- After the fail the select field has the same size as before
- For at least on project a status report exists.
