### Steps to reproduce
1. Open OpenProject on a mobile device or use a narrow browser viewport.
2. Sign in.
3. Inspect the application header.
4. Compare it with the desktop header.
### What is the buggy behavior?
* The Help (`?`) button is available in the desktop header but is not available in the mobile header.
### What is the expected behavior?
1. The Help button is available on mobile.
**Note**
This is important also for accessibilility reasons for users who rely on a higher zoom level.
