**As** a project administrator
**I want to** see upfront whether it is possible to change the sprint settings to "Receive sprints"
**so that** I can take action and remove the roadblocks preventing the sprint settings change.

**Acceptance criteria**

* When the sprint sharing settings cannot be switched to "Receive shared sprints", disable the option.

* Display in inline message under the disabled option, enumerating the sprints that need to be cleared before switching the settings.

* The explanation message:

* "Close or unassign work packages from Sprint XYZ to allow receiving sprints by other projects."


**Technical notes**

* The following sprints can block receiving:

* Active owned sprints with open work packages assigned .

* Any "Borrowed" sprints (active or not) with open work packages assigned. Begin of the deletion
