**Acceptance criteria**
* The "Project timeline" widget on the overview (created in <mention class="mention" data-id="76748" data-type="work_package" data-text="#SPPM-309" data-display-id="SPPM-309">#SPPM-309</mention> ) is extended to show sprints of that project
* The sprint objects:
* are **not** linked
* are read-only: The user cannot use drag&drop mechanisms to change the dates.
* are shown below the milestones
* show a tooltip on hover similar to the project phases
* are not shown if the user is lacking permissions
* if possible are shown in one row. If they overlap, they are shown in multiple rows
* The timeline widget is changed to:
* be hidden when the user has neither permission to view project lifecycle attributes nor work packages nor sprints
* show a Blankslate when there are neither project lifecycle attributes nor milestones nor sprints
* In the footer of the widget, there is an ActionMenu triggered by an invisible button which contains
* the link to the Gantt view of all milestones called "Milestones Gantt" (will be added in <mention class="mention" data-id="76749" data-type="work_package" data-text="#SPPM-310" data-display-id="SPPM-310">#SPPM-310</mention> )
