### Acceptance

* The current danger zone when deleting a repository is replaced by a primer danger dialog (similar to how it was done for users)

* This is the case when removing the self-managed repository as well as an external (just the texts differ)

* The texts Begin of the insertionare simplifiedEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion remain unchangedEnd of the deletion
