Currently it is possible to create backlog buckets and sprints with identical name, both in one project and in different ones.
This becomes a problem when outside of backlog interface, for example in WP index filters, and column values or WP itself, especially when editing the value.
We can use project identifier to disambiguate either when multiple projects are involved or always.
Should we also require bucket and sprint names to be unique per project?
