**Acceptance criteria**

* Within the project settings, there is a setting for showing/hiding story points in the project.

* If the setting is off, story points don't show up

* in "backlogs and sprints"

* in work packages belonging to the project

* The setting works on top of the existing form configuration. Work packages of types that don't have story points configured won't show story points even if the setting is on

* This setting would also impact in future all other areas using story points, e.g. velocity chart based on points wouldn't be visible to users who deactivated story points in the project.
