* By default, the Backlogs and sprints module shows all backlogs and all available sprints.
* Default values: "All backlog bucket" items" and "All sprints"
* Users can choose to display only a certain subset of backlogs or sprints by clicking on the selector (dropdown or ActionMenu) on each half of the screen.
* A SelectPanel shows available options. Multi-select is possible.
* There's a search bar for quick text-based filtering.
* There's a way to clear current selection (on click, all items are unchecked).
