### Steps to reproduce
* Have a subHeader with only one quickFilter active
* Use mobile screen
### What is the buggy behavior?
* The quick filter is hidden, replaced by the all filters button
### What is the expected behavior?
* If there is only one quick filter shown:
* it remains visible on mobile
* there is no "all filters" button required
* The temporarily added "All filters" button is removed (Marked as TODOs in [https://github.com/opf/openproject/pull/23264/changes](https://github.com/opf/openproject/pull/23264/changes) - there are 3)
* Hint for QA: This specific requirement will only be part of 17.6 altough the ticket itself is part of 17.5
