### Steps to reproduce
1. Have a backlog bucket with work packages
2. Have an inbox with work packages
3. Delete the backlog bucket
### What is the buggy behavior?
* Delete confirmation modal is not showing when we click on Delete
* The work packages are added to the inbox interleaved with the preexisting inbox work packages
### What is the expected behavior?
1. Delete confirmation modal should show
2. Work packages should be at the bottom of the inbox
