**I want to** have the most important information displayed clearly on the cards representing work packages in the "Backlogs and sprints" view

**Acceptance criteria**
* Work packages displayed in either sprint or backlog
* show:
* **In the first row**
* [Work package info line](https://qa.openproject-edge.com/lookbook/inspect/OpenProject/WorkPackages/info_line/playground?_display=%257B%257D):
* Type
* ID
* Status
* using a [label with 'Secondary' scheme](https://qa.openproject-edge.com/lookbook/inspect/primer/beta/label/color_schemes?_display=%257B%257D) (create variant of work package info line)
* no drag handle anymore
* Assignee
* Name only visible if space allows; in narrower screens only show assignee icon with name on hover (using a tooltip)
* Story points
* Priority
* Priority name only visible if space allows; in narrower screens only show a badge with the priority colour (using a tooltip)

* Subject
* **In the third row**

**Permissions and visibility considerations**
* Users with `view_sprints` and `view_work_packages` can see the work package displayed. Within the cards all information is always displayed in full with the exception of the 'Parent' information which might be hidden for the user if that parent work package is invisible. In this case, "Undisclosed" is displayed
