**As** an OpenProject admininistrator
**I want** an easier interface to copy workflows from one role to another
**so that** I get less confused by the existing interface.
**Acceptance criteria**
* There is a dialog to copy the workflow from the show page, and the index action menu
* Title: "Copy workflow"
* Users can switch between
* 1: "Copy to another type": Copy workflow from one type to another type
* 2: "Copy to other roles" Copy workflow from one role to another role
* Depending on the selection, either target roles, or target types are shown to copy the workflow to
* A source role is shown when "copy to another role" is selected. This is preselected with the current open role, if you are editing the workflow
* When there are unsaved changes to the workflows table, a confirmation dialog is shown before the "Copy workflow" dialog is opened
