### Before filing a report

_Before you file a report, please ensure you are running the latest version of OpenProject and_ 
_have searched for similar bug reports._

### Steps to reproduce

_Please write down the steps to reproduce. Try to write down all necessary preconditions (what permissions do you have, are other users involved?). Example:_

1. Login as a user with permissions to edit project description and status widgets on project home page, and system administration rights

2. Go to Admin -> Attribute help text -> Projects tab -> Click the **\+ Attribute help text button** -> Select "Description"-> Define caption and help text

3. Go to a project home page, overview tab

4. Edit the _Description_ widget in-line

5\. Then go to a project dashboard tab and compare the same widget

### What is the buggy behavior?

* Attribute caption is only shown when the editing starts

* Caption is shown, help text is not

* Icon for attribute help text (?) is shown under Dashboard tab, but not under the Overview tab
