1. Vertically center Begin of the insertionall blankslates in widgetsEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion itEnd of the deletion

2. Begin of the insertionBudget by cost type widget when there is a budget with no data:

1. End of the insertion Begin of the deletion If possible,End of the deletion remove widget action. Begin of the insertion

2. remove summary

End of the deletion 3. Begin of the insertiontitle: "Budget details missing"

4. description: "Add details about your planned budget to see data here"

5. Button leads to budgets index page: "Budgets" (icon: pencil)

3. Actual costs widget when there either is no logged time on a WP with a budget associated or the user rate is 0.00

3. Title: "Start tracking your time and costs"

4. Description: "Get an overview of your costs and logged time to monitor progress of your project. Make sure that work packages are associated with the correct budget."
