**Acceptance criteria**
* Navigation bar:
* The bottom navigation bar has a limit of 5 modules in it.
* The first 4 modules are displayed normally.
* The last of the modules is a burger menu that opens a bottom sheet with the other modules not displayed in the bar.
* Inside the bottom sheet it is always present also the User account settings with its avatar. This module is the only one non-arrangeable . It is always displayed as last option.
* The global search is now moved as an independent module inside of the bottom navigation bar (<mention class="mention" data-id="66655" data-type="work_package" data-text="##66655">##66655</mention>).
* The top header bar is now reserved only to actions depending on the module:
* Home: avatar, welcoming message, widget action and a global create action (create work package, track time or start a timer).
* Time tracking: title, export action (##66674) and a create button that allows to start a timer or create a time entry.
* Global search: space reserved for the search bar
* Notifications: title and notifications settings action
* Projects: only the title for now (once we can create projects from the app a create button)
* Work packages: title, export action (##66674) and a create button that allows to start a timer or create a time entry.
* User account: avatar, name and account entry.
* The user is capable through the enabled features to define the order of the tabs knowing that the first 4 will be displayed and the others under the burger menu.
* If the user has 5 or less modules active the burger menu will not be displayed and only the active modules will be displayed in the bottom bar.
* If the user has less than 4 modules the user account avatar should be displayed in the bottom bar.
* When the user is in a module under the burger menu the burger menu is in selected status.
* On the case of the user having the notification module under the burger menu the badge with the notifications unread will be displayed in the burger menu.
* On tablets we will display the arrangeable modules of the navigation bar on top and the non-arrangeable on the bottom (for now only the user settings).
* The limit of modules displayed on tablet is depending on the available height before hiding modules under the burger menu (e.g. iphone air on landscape mode will already have this).
