**Acceptance criteria**
* Navigation bar:
* The bottom navigation bar has a limit of 5 modules in it.
* The first 4 modules are displayed normally.
* The last of the modules is a burger menu that opens a bottom sheet with the other modules not displayed in the bar.
* Inside the bottom sheet it is always present also the User account settings with its avatar. This module is the only one non-arrangeable . It is always displayed as last option.
* The global search is now moved as an independent module inside of the bottom navigation bar (<mention class="mention" data-id="66655" data-type="work_package" data-text="##66655">##66655</mention>).
* The top header bar is now reserved only to actions depending on the module:
* Home: avatar, welcoming message, widget action and a global create action (create work package, track time or start a timer).
* Time tracking: title, export action (##66674) and a create button that allows to start a timer or create a time entry.
* Global search: space reserved for the search bar
* Notifications: title and notifications settings action
* Projects: only the title for now (once we can create projects from the app a create button)
* Work packages: title, export action (##66674) and a create button that allows to start a timer or create a time entry.
* User account: avatar, name and account entry.
* The user is capable through the enabled features to define the order of the tabs knowing that the first 4 will be displayed and the others under the burger menu.
* If the user has 5 or less modules active the burger menu will not be displayed and only the active modules will be displayed in the bottom bar.
* When the user is in a module under the burger menu the burger menu is in selected status.
* On the case of the user having the notification module under the burger menu the badge with the notifications unread will be displayed in the burger menu.
* On tablets we will display the arrangeable modules of the navigation bar on top and the non-arrangeable on the bottom (for now only the user settings).
* The limit of modules displayed on tablet is depending on the available height 12 before hiding modules under the burger menu (e.g. iphone air on landscape mode will already have this). (very futuristic)
