In #67690 we make the description and status widget editable on the overview page. Once this is done, we want the same behaviour on the dashboard tab

**Acceptance criteria**

* The same widgets we use on the overview page for project description and project status are used on the dashboard tab Begin of the insertion

* Remove the feature flag for status BETAEnd of the insertion
