Collecting everything in one place from various Element threads and BBB messages:
* Font size should be bigger
* But it will require more scrolling - less padding?
* **Proposals:**
* We could possibly use the same meeting component and still change font sizes but might be more work.
* Use more of the lateral white-space.
* "Present from here" could indeed be rather useful ✅️
* Feature request: begin the presentation via the `more` menu on a specific section or item
* **Definitely, we'll write a feature request for this.**
"Present from here" could indeed be rather useful ✅️
* Problem: Time is jumping left/right while incrementing
* Suggested solution:
* pad numbers (e.g. `01m 05s` instead of 1m 5s\`)
* possibly use `:` notation, e.g. `01:05`
* The timer is annoying if you end up noticing it. Maybe needs to be even smaller/more hidden away (if necessary at all)? Or could only be shown when the duration is already filled for the meeting and/or agenda items
* **Question: Do we** _**need**_ **the timer?** **🤔**
* **Proposals:**
* If you don't have a duration for the agenda item, don't show the item.
* Distinguish agenda item timer vs. meeting item?
* Problem: Next item not visible when just watching presentation, harder to decide whether it's "my turn"
* **Idea:**
Idea: Show upcoming presenter somewhere in the "next" section. Maybe to declutter, only do that if the next presenter is different from the current presenter. (<mention class="mention" data-id="69653" data-type="work_package" data-text="#69653">#69653</mention>)
* Whenever the content was too high, which happens a lot of times given the limited space the content has, scrolling starts. And then, to me, the scrolling becomes confusing. My proposal would be to have more space reserved for the current content. On the other hand, while it is important to know in which meeting one is, that quickly becomes less important since even I can remember it after 5 minutes of looking at the meeting. So the title can be less prominent in my opinion.
* **Context:** Meeting context may nevertheless be important (especially when you have meetings with external members who might only be joining the call, not the actual meeting; happens outside of OP)
* **Proposal:**
* Can we make it more compact? Maybe smaller ways to show meeting title and section.
* Consider taking inspiration from the Project initiation thingy, with a three-panel layout and table of content.
* Perhaps when a meeting is being presented, there's an indication of this that allows attendees to either follow the meeting, OR that allows the presenter to "spotlight" him or her (force the view to this).
* Sometimes, in the old way of presenting, it was easy to references multiple topics at the same time. With the strict separation of one agenda item at a time, this now feels off. I don't have a solution for this as nobody would want to configure which items to display together in presentation mode. I guess people will adapt and just put more items into one agenda item. Though that is not what I think we want to achieve with work package items.
* Doesn't work super well for things like core values

* Zooming in messes the layout up and ends up with too short a container for the agenda item, resulting in unnecessary scrolling
We can increase the height of the container by moving the title/exit button further up maybe\\
maybe
* **Proposal:** To be tested. Robin tends to use the browser zoom, so we might need to make it work with zoom too.
* More space is needed below the section label when scrolling
* <img class="image_resized op-uc-image op-uc-image_inline" style="width:457px;" src="/api/v3/attachments/918305/content">
* **Proposal:** True dat. A bit of paddin' ain't no bad idea.
* Maybe exiting in the middle auto scrolls to that agenda item?
* **Proposal:** Yes. Let's do it. Related to "Present from here".
