### Steps to reproduce

1. Login as a user with permissions to participate in meetings

2. Go to the meetings page

3. Create or visit in an existing meeting

4. Open the meeting

5. Click + Outcome under an Agenda Item

6. Mention an existing work package using the `#WPID` or `##WPID` or `###WPID` syntax.

7. Navigate to the work package details page for the above work package - by clicking the WP link or otherwise.

8. Click Activity


### What is the buggy behavior?

* The message "_This work package was not mentioned in a past meeting._**" This is not true!**


### What is the expected behavior?

1. Begin of the insertion ~~accurateEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion  accurateEnd of the deletion text. Begin of the insertion* Update the text to:
