### Steps to reproduce

* Have a project with a very long project description

* Go to the Overview page of that project


### What is the buggy behavior?

* The first widget is so large that you can't see any of the widgets below

### What is the expected behavior?

* The description should be limited. We apply the same mechanism we use for long text project attributes:

* X lines are shown and then there is a small button with three dots (see image).

* Clicking that, opens a modal with the complete value.

* For the description X will be Begin of the insertion15,End of the insertion Begin of the deletion 10,End of the deletion for the project attributes it remains at 3

* Formatting of the descriptions get ignored (headlines, font weight, tables, images..). Everything gets transformed to text only. Begin of the insertion

* The same mechanism is applied to the the project status widget (project status description, show max 5 lines), the portfolio description on the portfolio overview (show max 3 lines)
