### Steps to reproduce

1. Login as a user with permissions access a _times and costs_ module and to log times for other users

2. Make sure you have times logged for diferent users, preferable with different names

3. Open the global _time and costs_ module

4. Filter for user = several users with logged time

5. Select rows = user

6. Generate the Begin of the insertionxlsEnd of the insertion report


### What is the buggy behavior?

* The user list is not sorted alphabetically, which makes it difficult to navigate the report quickly


### What is the expected behavior?

<br>

1. The list ist sorted by (last) name
