**As** a project initiation requester \[enter role of user\]
**I want to** see a helpful stepwise wizard for my initiation form \[enter objective\]
**so that** it helps me to fill it out, and submit my project successfully \[enter desired result\]
**Acceptance criteria**
* After a new project is created (from a template?) and IF
* the project has active project attributes and sections
* the creating user is allowed to edit project attributes
* The user is being redirect to a three-column fullscreen wizard
* Left column: "Table of contents" like display of all project attribute sections
* Each entry is the name of a section, and a trailing visual checkmark/circle depending on whether all the fields in the section are filled
* Center column: Form for the current selected section
* Right pane: Help text of the currently focused element
* The last page shows a primary "Complete" button.
* To be changed to "Submit request" in <mention class="mention" data-id="68860" data-type="work_package" data-text="##68860">##68860</mention>
* Bottom footer shows a basic pagination (Previous, Next), and a progress indicator
