**I want to** be able to be understand that the second confirmation step is required in order to proceed
**so that** I can use perform potentially destructive operations from dialogs  productively and with confidence.

**Acceptance criteria**

* Add ARIA Begin of the deletion live regions, if necessary.

* Add ARIAEnd of the deletion controls semantics - to indicate the relationship between the confirmation checkbox and confirmation Begin of the insertionbutton

* When the checkbox is checked/unchecked, there should be a screen reader hint that the button got automatically enabled/disabled

* Once checked: "The button to proceed is now active."

* Once unchecked: "The button to proceed is now inactive. You need to tick the checkbox to continue."
