**Acceptance criteria**
* The overview menu changes to
* Project home
* Program home
* Portfolio home
* The current overview page is moved to a separate tab on that page "Dashboard"
* This page no longer shows the right pane
* This page uses a different route so it can be bookmarked
* A new "Overview" page is added that shows the current right pane
* A set of fixed widgets controlled by the application is shown there: there
* There needs to be a default layout (set of widgets, positions) for each type
* Project
* Main section
1. Project description
2. Project status
3. Members
4. Sub-projects (if there are sub-projects)
5. News (if active in that project)
* Sidebar
* Project lifecycle dates
* Project attribute sections
* Program
* Portfolio
* The defaults are hard-coded for each type
