**Acceptance criteria**
* When searching using a search bar in a list, the search bar should stick and the content should scroll in the background.
* The position of the search bar should go to the top of the screen.
* Once the list is scrolled below the search bar a divider appears.
* Apply this to all the mobile pages that contain lists and search bars.
**Technical notes**
* assumption from dev.: for portfolio children and objectives screens (and for all screens where tab bar displays) we won't move search bar to the top of the screen and stays **below** tab bar:

* workspace dashboard
* work packages list
* project children & project objections
* portfolio list page (new screen that is currently in development)
