**Acceptance criteria**

* The work package module has no project selection as a first entry point.

* The module should open with no project selected and displaying the same default queries available on the web app global module for work packages. Also, add the queries that have been marked as favourite by the user to the view/query dropdown selector.

* If the user wants to switch to a project context, they can use the project dropdown available in the top toolbar. Begin of the insertion
