### Steps to reproduce

1. Login as an admin (user A)

2. Create a user (user B) with permissions to view and edit meetings (no other meeting permission)

3. Create a recurring meeting C

4. Login as user B

5. Go to Meeting C

6. Click on the cogwheel


### What is the buggy behaviour?

* Cogwheel doesn't open edit modal


### What is the expected behaviour?

1. Cogwheel opens edit modal

2. User can edit the meeting and save the edits Begin of the insertion

3. Recurring meeting show page always has a kebab action menu

1. The 'Edit meeting series' option is shown conditionally when the user has edit permissions
