### Steps to reproduce

* Go to the full view of any WP

* Collapse the left hand sidebar

* Decrease the screen size to mobile


### What is the buggy behavior?

**Desktop**

* The button to open the menu again overlaps the (parent) breadcrumb

* The button to open the menu again overlaps the back button

### What is the expected behavior?

**Desktop**

* The parent breadcrumb moves to the right&nbsp;


**Mobile**

* The back button will be hidden on mobile (decided in agreement with @product team) Begin of the insertion

* The menu toggler and the toolbar buttons might be slightly misaligned due to the different heights that the Primer buttons and the old buttons have
