**As** a moderator of meeting or a team mate that steps in during the absence of other colleagues
**I want to** inform I want to send out ics files to the participants about new meetings and for the relevant changes to those meetings
**so that** I don't have to create and update a duplicate calendar invite in the group ware.
**Acceptance criteria**
* When the meeting is created, an email is sent out to all invitees/participants.
* _\[open\] When? It's possible to create a meeting, add people and_ then _change the date/time. Should there be a delay for when the first email should be sent out on creation?_
* _NL: good point - let‘s investigate whether we make this a dedicated action. We also should indicate per person if an invite has been send._
* The email notifications include a link to confirm an invitation (similar to invites from other calendar application)
* The answers of the meeting participants are listed in the meeting agenda.
**Open**
* [ ] Individual capabilities when it comes to ICS files
* [ ] Does the user need to authenticate to click a link inside of the meeting? Or does the link already contain a token for the authentication?
* [ ] Design and structure of the email
* [ ] How to avoid spam when many less important things have been changed, e.g. title of the meeting.
