### Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new Nextcloud storage

2. have a license **below** corporate

3. Watch the enterprise banner on that page


### What is the buggy behavior?

It's an enterprise banner that doesn't show an image at any screen size.

**Note:** This is a bug we consciously decided for to counteract other bugs (see related WPs) we encountered for this specific banner. A fix should not reintroduce any of them.

### What is the expected behavior?

* Begin of the insertionTheEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion In the create form, theEnd of the deletion enterprise banner should be Begin of the deletion of the medium kind,End of the deletion showing an image Begin of the insertionunless there is not enough space
