### Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new Nextcloud storage

2. have a license **below** corporate

3. Watch the enterprise banner on that page


### What is the buggy behavior?

It's an enterprise banner that doesn't show an image at any screen size.

**Note:** This is a bug we consciously decided for to counteract other bugs (see related WPs) we encountered for this specific banner. A fix should not reintroduce any of them.

### What is the expected behavior?

Begin of the insertion* In the create form, theEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion TheEnd of the deletion enterprise banner should be of the medium kind, showing an image at some screen sizes. Begin of the insertion

* In the edit form, the enterprise banner should show no banner since we have less space available
