### Steps to reproduce
* Use a screen reader
* Navigate to the top search
* Alternatively use the Chrome Lighthouse function to test any page for accessibility
### What is the buggy behavior?
* The list directly opens and the first item is read out
* The user does not even know that this is the search because the search input and button are missing programmatic names

### What is the expected behavior?
* The screen reader needs to read out that this is a search field
