**As** a user with permissions to see internal comments
**I want to** be able to see what comments are marked as internal on the web
**so that** I have a clear view on what comment is what in the mobile app.
**Acceptance criteria**
* First, check if the current project has internal comments activated.
* Ensure that comments that are marked as `internal comments` in the web app are displayed in the mobile app with the proper UI (background colour on the header, border, lock icon...).
* Ensure only users with permissions to see internal comments see those.
* Internal comments should have the same actions in the more menu than a non-internal non internal comment.
* If the user logged in don't have the correct permission, hide the internal comments.
* Use the implementation done in the web app for the UI of an internal comment.
**Technical notes**
* All attachments in _\[open\]_ Is the API ready to communicate to the mobile app which comments should no longer appear in the files tab are internal and which ones not?
* Quote reply on an _\[open\] What do we do with the inline attachments in internal comments should be not available until <mention class="mention" data-id="62830" data-type="work_package" data-text="###62830">###62830</mention> is implemented comments?_
**Technical notes**
**Permissions and visibility considerations**
* Display the internal comments only to those that have permissions to see/write them
**Out of scope**
* Being able to create internal comments from the mobile app: <mention class="mention" data-id="62830" data-type="work_package" data-text="###62830">###62830</mention>
