### Steps to reproduce

1. Login as an admin

2. Go to Administration > Times and Cost > Defaults

3. Tick only the 'Require exact times' box

4. Go to My time tracking


### What is the buggy behaviour?

* User is required to enter exact times but can't


### What is the expected behaviour?

1. Begin of the insertionAdd an errorEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion Second option is either only clickableEnd of the deletion if the Begin of the insertionuser selects 'Require' without selecting 'Allow'End of the insertion Begin of the deletion first one is selected

or

2. the first one is auto-selected if I select the second oneEnd of the deletion
