3. Without reloading, try to drag and drop Begin of the insertion_any_ backlog itemEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion itEnd of the deletion to the current meeting/another section


### What is the buggy behavior?

* The item cannot be grabbed

* Reloading the page fixes this


### What is the expected behavior?

1. The item can be grabbed immediately after creation
