### Steps to reproduce

1. Login Begin of the insertionon communityEnd of the insertion as a user who has Begin of the insertionnotifications. It is probably worth mentioning that I currently have more than 500 notifications. 2. Go to the notification centre


### What is the buggy behavior?

* The empty status of “Looks like you are all caught up” is displayed in the content of the screen

* This contradicts with the batch count that you can see on the top left of the screenshot. In the provided screenshot (568).

* Also, when switching to the "All" tab the empty status is displayed instead of loading the list of all read and unread notifications. Begin of the insertion

* Selecting a subset of notifications, e.g. "Mentioned" works. Maybe as the number is smaller.End of the insertion

1. The notifications should be displayed in the content of the notification centre
