**As a** project administrator or a user with permissions to create project
Ruby developer
**I want to** be able to create new projects easily use standardized Ruby View Components and using our Primer forms
design system
**So that** the UX and UI in all project creation forms is similar maintenance of those views get easier.
**Acceptance criteria**
* Primerize the project create form
* Show mandatory project attributes
* Move the template block to the bottom of the form.
* If the user selects a template, add the _copy from template_ section inside the box. All checkboxes are by default checked.
**Out of scope**
* Primerize the Project settings -> Information (see ##61889)
* Primerize the project copy form (see ##63594)

* ~~creating a project from template currently has a weird mixture of attributes shown. How should that case be handled?~~
