**As a** project administrator
Ruby developer
**I want to** be able to copy projects the same way I create them
use standardized Ruby View Components and our Primer design system
**So that** the UX and UI in all project creation forms is similar maintenance of those views get easier.
**Acceptance criteria**
* Use as base Primerize the already Primere form for create project <mention class="mention" data-id="63593" data-type="work_package" data-text="###63593">###63593</mention>.
* Primerise the project copy form when the user clicks on Copy from another project settings.
* The form should pre-fill the field of `Subproject of` if the project copied had a parent project.
* Do not fill any of the mandatory project attributes or the project name.
* The `Use template` section used in _Project creation form_ now is transformed to `Project copied`. This field will be in a read-only status (user can't change it)
* Inside the box of project copied, the options of `Copy from project` in checkboxes are displayed. By default, all checkboxes are marked.
