**Acceptance criteria**
* There is a `CollabsibleSection` component within Primer (name can change)
* It allows the following slots:
* Header
* Title
* Caption
* Free content slot for the right side
* Content (that will be collapsed)
* Component is documented in Lookbook
**Hint for QA**
* This can currently only be tested in [lookbook](https://qa.openproject-edge.com/lookbook/inspect/primer/open_project/collapsible_section/playground), whereas the "collapsed" example is not working. This is tracked in <mention class="mention" data-id="63443" data-type="work_package" data-text="#63443">#63443</mention>
