**As** a user
**I want to** understand the hierarchy of a hierarchy customField
**so that** I can easily navigate and add new items to the hierarchy

**Acceptance criteria**

* On the show page of a hierachy custom field, there is a treeView shown next to the BorderBox

* The TreeView shows the complete hierachy, whereas

* The active element is highlighted

* By default, the whole tree is collapsed except for the active element

* All parent nodes of the active element are expanded

* Clicking on the label of any node will refresh the page to show reveal that element in the BorderBox


**Technical notes**

* This is the very first use case for the new Primer::TreeView (see ##62667)

* Split the page with Primer::Alpha::Layout


**Out of scope**

* Changing the parent of an item of the customField Begin of the insertion
