**I I want to** enable users to create work packages by sending emails to different email addresses
**So So that I** I lower the barriere to interact with teams that manage their workflows with OpenProject.
**Acceptance criteria**
* In Administration -> Email and notifications -> Incoming emails there is a list of all mapped email inboxes.
* There is a green button "Add email inbox" which opens a create form
* Email address
* Server settings
* Security options
* Username
* Password
* Button to test the connection
* For each email inbox different options can be configured (similar to custom actions)
* Project
* Type
* Status
* Custom field
* Watcher
* The created work package is shared with the user. There are different levels:
* View
* Comment
* Edit
* No access
* The sender receives an email with a link to the created work package.

* User invitation and creation process for new users (separate work package)
