The problem is solved after moved *.js from /.rvm/gems/ruby-2.1.0/gems/jquery-atwho-rails-0.5.0/lib/assets/javascripts/j...

It seems that i have installed a wrong version of ruby. I am using 1.9.1 by default. This should be the reason.
