Creating a Hyperlink custom field

Hi, i'm trying to create a custom field that acts like a hyperlink how would i go about doing this?

Hi Leke,

this is currently not yet possible. You can display a link in a custom field of type "text" but the link is not displayed.

There is a feature request for this (#26923) but it is not yet scheduled when this feature will be available.
