I suggest to completely disable "Search" and "Help" on the login page whenever the user self-registration is disabled by the admin. A site where self-registration is disabled is generally a closed site, with zero additional info displayed to the casual visitor.

Thanks.

Hello, can't find the "Help" option in the upper right corner of the disabled login page. Please also tell the specific location
