Export protocol as PDF or print a protocol

Hello @all,

could anyone give #22517 a bump for push this one from wishlist to a feature for active development?

We using OpenProject now for 1 year and i often hear this wish from our - partly older :-) - Users. 

Since V8.0 the print functionality of the browser doesn't work correct anymore. Longer protocols are truncated at printing.
