as Projectadmin, i can not invite external users, but as Admin i can invite if i enter a system-unkown eMail. How can i give a role or the projectadmin the permission, to invite external users?
this permission is only available to the admin. It is not possible to invite users as a non-admin.
However, once a user has an account on the OpenProject environment, a project admin can add the user to the project (by selecting the user from the list of potential project members.)
